Malan's (40 min) to hard of effort for that time, sick. damnit.  To idian to shack in a a heavy rain.  Ran with T. 2:35 easy pace

Bst to north end from 27th.  14ish.  easy on the out, turned around and got crushed by the hand of god thunderstorm. Raining hard!, less than 1 second lightening thunder intervals.  Had to crawl up under some rocks for a while and let it pass. 2:30 easy pace including the 10-15 sitting under rock time,

Rainbow hill x 5 2:18, 22,28,24,34.  Hard efforts.  Felt stronger after than other workouts.  Ran solid on cool down.  28:30 for whole w.o.

Indian via 27th.  shack at 43 easy pace, down to CW overlook and back 1:30 on the dot. legs tired and heavy...maybe the dentist did it
