Better not R&R too much...Moab is going to sneak up on you fast! Hope the achilles isn't a problem.

Aaron, yes Red Hot coming up too fast. Achilles flared up out of no where a week ago. Ran on it Friday and Saturday, shouldn't have, it's mellowing out, I've had lots of ART on my calf and that helped, but its sore, even to walk on, If it keeps up for more than another week or so, Moab is going to be a fun run. Sucks! Frustrating that i could run hard all summer and I get injured runnig easy maintanece miles! Orthopedic on Monday and PT after that, ASTYM treatment.

Oreo, too bad about Booth, I had no idea. Drops were sweet today!! Best day in over a year for me. You getting up with the HD?
