Recovery is going great! legs are a little heavy, but no soreness at all from the race? 1st time that's happend.  Out for an easy couple tonight with the dog. Hot!

Really looking forward to a good 6 weeks of hard training.   Lots of long runs planned.  First one up is from Avon to Mountain Green, maybe this weekend?

Next. . . .next ? . .Well, A friend and I dreamed up an run from Avon, up the dirt road then taking the cut off to Willard Peak road up to insiration point, across the skylines to wheeler/icebox/maples/snowbasin/last chance/down into mtn green. Thought about this weekend but it isn't going to happen, maybe next week, you in?

Lots of other cool ideas around here too. Oh, and I just dropped my own little aid station at the top of NO Pass to have when they close the road, water snacks, ect. . .so we can use that if you want to go on a long one that way sometime.

Next race is the Vaquero Loco in Afton, WY, in mid August, you guys should maybe look into it, 50K, looks awesome!

Hows the knee? you have any races coming up?
