Happy to find the BST North of 12th relativly snow free.  Started at 12th out to the Nature Center parking lot and back.  9.5 miles, 1600 vert.  Got back to the car and drove to the top of 27th headed up Malan's.  Turned around 3/4 of the way up as I was short on time.  4 miles, 1800 vert.  Total for the day 13.5 miles 3400 vert.  Felt great on the BST, tired on Malan's. Feeling a little funky, whole family has had the pukes, hope its not my turn!

Week totals: 36 miles, 9000 vert, mostly easy miles, though the treadmill session was leaning toward tempo.  Right where I want to be effort and mileage wise for the next couple of weeks.  Plan to ramp slowly up to 50-60 miles a week by January, with vert in the 11-14,000 range.  Race schedual is starting to gel together, might be a tough spring.

G: Well, thinking of heading to Nor Cal for one of the PCT racces in Jan (or maybe the ponderous posterier fun run in Ft Collins if plans come together to visit the in-laws. Feb, Red hot 50K, March r2r2r if snow allows and Buffalo 50 mile. April, r2r2r if snow shuts down march. May, put in for the Miwok 100k, if not then something else. June's the crux, Squaw Peak, if I get in, Big Horn 100 2 weeks later, and maybe Logan Peak if I can walk. Put in for Wastach, don't care cuz I'd be happy to do Bear again (or maybe both?) Planning on White River 50 end of July (will keep me from doing Speedgoat) But July/August I would like to get in some big adventure runs in the Winds/Tetons/Unitas/etc.....Whew!

Aaron, well what's worse is 6.5 miles of those miles were totally flat Tm run'en. Blame it on 3 Malan's in a week.

Scott, We'll get out again soon!
